Contact Us
Contact Us was reviewed on 6 August 2026 against the site’s actual behaviour and editorial scope.
1) Choose the right contact first
For an individual PM-KISAN payment, Aadhaar update, passport, voter record, scholarship, pension, ration-card or Government-application status, use the competent official portal’s Help/Grievance channel linked on the relevant guide. Kisaan Samman cannot view or change a Government backend record.
This Contact Us section is not a generic scheme eligibility/apply template; it is limited to “Choose the right contact first”, with the competent authority’s current rules governing any official action.
2) Site feedback
The uploaded static package contains no verified public webmaster email or contact form, so this page does not invent an address. A working mailbox/form should be published only after the site owner configures and verifies that channel.
This Contact Us section is not a generic scheme eligibility/apply template; it is limited to “Site feedback”, with the competent authority’s current rules governing any official action.
3) Do not send sensitive data
For site feedback, do not send Aadhaar number, OTP, PAN, full bank account, card number, UPI PIN, password or identity documents. A page URL, heading, disputed statement and official correction-source link are enough for an editorial report.
This Contact Us section is not a generic scheme eligibility/apply template; it is limited to “Do not send sensitive data”, with the competent authority’s current rules governing any official action.
4) Official contacts
The Primary official source on each scheme/service page is the starting point for the competent authority. Examples include pmkisan.gov.in for PM-KISAN, uidai.gov.in for Aadhaar, voters.eci.gov.in for elections and passportindia.gov.in for Passport/PCC.
This Contact Us section is not a generic scheme eligibility/apply template; it is limited to “Official contacts”, with the competent authority’s current rules governing any official action.
5) Correction-request format
A useful correction report contains the affected Kisaan Samman URL, exact paragraph/heading, what is incorrect or outdated and the official notification/portal URL. Remove or redact personal beneficiary identifiers.
This Contact Us section is not a generic scheme eligibility/apply template; it is limited to “Correction-request format”, with the competent authority’s current rules governing any official action.
6) Response limitation
Kisaan Samman can correct editorial information; it cannot directly resolve Government portal downtime, rejected applications, missing payments, bank seeding or departmental grievances. Those remain within the competent authority’s jurisdiction.
This Contact Us section is not a generic scheme eligibility/apply template; it is limited to “Response limitation”, with the competent authority’s current rules governing any official action.
Policy precedence
If Contact Us conflicts with applicable law or an official Government instruction, the law/official instruction takes precedence. Scheme guides on this site are informational.
8) Government-application problems
For an individual application status, sending personal documents to an editorial site is not useful. PM-KISAN support, UIDAI, NSP help, Passport Seva, ECI or the relevant State department/e-District system is the body that can see its backend record. Each guide therefore identifies a primary official source so the reader can reach the correct controller.
9) What makes a good site report
An editorial error report should be concise and reproducible: provide the exact Kisaan Samman URL, section heading, disputed sentence, access date and official source URL or notification number. “This is wrong” is not evidence by itself, while a full Aadhaar/application screenshot exposes more personal data than an editorial correction needs. Redacted evidence should normally be sufficient.
10) Broken-link report
Official URLs can change because of a portal migration, HTTPS change or department redesign. A broken-link report is more useful when it includes the affected page and the clicked link label. A replacement should be accepted only after the target is verified as a competent official domain; an official link should not be replaced with a random blog or shortened redirect.
11) No invented mailbox
A working contact channel is desirable for trust, but inventing an unconfigured address is worse because messages can bounce and create a false support expectation. The current package has no verified public mailbox. The owner should configure and test a mailbox/form and add a privacy warning before publishing that channel here.
12) Privacy-safe support
If a future contact form is added, its default fields can be limited to page URL, topic, message and an optional reply address. It should warn against Aadhaar, PAN, bank account, OTP, UPI PIN, password or full certificate uploads. The form should not be represented as a proxy Government grievance backend.
13) Emergency and fraud boundary
Financial fraud, identity theft, an urgent legal deadline or a safety emergency is not an editorial-feedback category. Follow the current official instructions of the competent bank, Government cybercrime channel, police, court/authority or emergency service. Waiting for a Kisaan Samman response is not a substitute for deadline or safety protection.
Content-correction triage
A correction request should first be classified: wrong amount, stale deadline, broken official URL, spelling/translation issue, duplicate paragraph or technical SEO problem. The claim is then compared with the current competent source. A State-specific issue should not trigger a national change without the State notification, and a migrated portal should be verified for official ownership before replacing the old link. This evidence-first triage reduces the risk that one report causes an incorrect global replacement across unrelated pages.
What not to expect from editorial contact
Editorial contact cannot cancel, approve, edit or expedite a Government application; release a PFMS/bank transaction; perform an Aadhaar biometric update; create a passport appointment; or change an ECI electoral record. Those tasks require the authorised official workflow. A site-feedback channel is for information quality, broken links, accessibility, typos and source corrections. Keeping that distinction clear also prevents readers from exposing personal identity documents unnecessarily.
